FAQ

Which fujitsu air conditioners do you supply in the gold coast?

We supply and install a wide range of Fujitsu Air Conditioners on the Gold Coast. The right one for you depends on the size of your room. We offer Fujitsu split system for the smaller rooms, Fujitsu multi-split systems if you have multiple rooms you would like air conditioned and we have Fujitsu ducted system for those who would like their whole house air conditioned.

How long do Fujitsu air conditioners last?

Your Fujitsu aircon lifespan depends on a few different things. If serviced regularly and rust treated then on average these are the usual lasting times for an Fujitsu  aircon. Portable Fujitsu aircons 5-10 years. Fujitsu split system air con from 10-20 years. Fujitsu Ducted system from 15 – 25 years. Please note these are estimates only.

Do Fujitsu air conditioners need water?

Your Fujitsu Air Conditioner does not need water.

What is dry mode on Fujitsu portable AC?

Dry mode on a Fujitsu AC is used to remove humidity from the room without additional cooling. Once the set temperature is reached, the compressor and circulation fan turns off and only the exhaust fan will run.

Why is my Fujitsu AC spitting water?

If your Fujitsu air conditioner is spitting water, it is important to make sure that the unit is draining as much as possible. Remove the drain plug from the back outside of the unit. If the drain plug is removed and the unit is tilted properly, then the water will drain properly. Water spraying from the front can happen when the fan behind the front grille picks up water and slings it out the air vent. Normally, the water drains before it reaches a high enough level for this to happen, but when it is very humid out or raining, the water may collect faster than it drains.

How to clean and Fujitsu Air Con Filter?

The more dirty and clogged your Fujitsu air con’s filters become, the harder your air conditioner will need to work to push air through. The bad news: This can drive up electricity costs and cause your air con to short-cycle, reducing its lifespan. Cleaning your filter panels is easy. Simply, pop open the plastic cover and remove your filter panels. Take the filters outside wash them or you could also try a good brush or shake. Dislodge any dust and grime by shaking or hitting the panel against a post or railing. For a thorough clean, use your vacuum cleaner to suck up any lingering or grime. Your vacuum’s dusting brush head may be helpful here.

Do Fujitsu air conditioners need servicing?

Yes, all Fujitsu Air Conditioners need servicing to perform best. We recommend getting your Fujitsu Air Conditioner services once a year.
